A one-year blended Montessori Elementary program for teachers, educators and parents to understand the whole child in the age group, 6 yrs to 12 yrs, the second plane of development. The curriculum covers the syllabi in most countries for Class 1 to 8, the Elementary school.

Full Course:

The full course is for 13 months. The course content covers 8 years of elementary school for 7 subjects and theory. This will qualify to work with children from 6-12 year old.                                     

It builds a strong foundation, not only for concept learning in all subject areas but also for social development that enhances the child’s natural propensity to interact with the community and understand their larger environment.

Audit Course:

The coordinators and heads of schools could also attend to be able to lead, plan relevant changes, along with their teachers. They could audit the course, which requires a sixty percentage attendance, participate in two subject areas, theory lectures, write assignments and appear for the theory examination. Those who audit are not required to attend the practical demonstrations or the examinations.

Detailed Description:

The programme is being organised to offer an opportunity to set up schools or bring in changes at home or in the school environments systematically and with ease, in tune with current ideas of education world-wide. The participating educators could implement changes methodically from the next academic year after preparing themselves.

Children’s capabilities in any sphere, be it academics or social skills or emotional maturity are often underestimated. The course would help educators, including parents, ensure that they are effective in helping children to learn and live their life spontaneously…
