The Montessori Teacher is a guide who helps direct his/her students’ activities academically, emotionally, and physically in a prepared Montessori environment that challenges each child to reach his/her full potential in these developmental areas, in accordance with Montessori philosophy and procedures in early childhood school setting.

the ideal candidate:
* Montessori certification must from an accredited school. Bachelor’s degree in early childhood teaching education or a related discipline is recommended.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience as an early years teacher
* passion for fostering holistic growth in young children.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depends on experience and certification)
