Adriana Rocco born in Italy, holds a university degree in Social Science. She has been initiated in a deep study of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali from the school of T.K.V. Desikachar in Madras from 1978 till 2004. In 1992, she met the Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Thay as he is called, the teacher of spirituality in daily life. In 2004 she has been ordained as a Dharma teacher in his lineage.
Today, as a grandmother, Adriana is happy to facilitate building bridges across worlds: parents-children, teachers-students, science-spirituality, East and West.
