We are a family-run, mission driven self-sustainable school focused on providing world class education to underprivileged children.
We are looking to hire teachers, administrators and property managers for our flagship Montessori school in Patamda – a village located 27 Kms from Jamshedpur. The school will enroll children from ages 4 – 9. The group of children will be split into two cohorts – Primary (ages 4 – 6) and Elementary (7 – 9).

What are we looking for in the candidates?

Teachers and School Administrators
• 5 – 7 years of teaching and administration experience at an accredited school
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Montessori Certified Training or extensive experience with Montessori philosophy and curriculum preferred

Property Managers
• 3 – 4 years of experience in agriculture/ fruit packaging/ property management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
