About the Facilitator:
Javier Gómez Rodríguez, originally from Spain, encountered the work of J.Krishnamurti in his teens and was deeply moved by its wholeness and authenticity. He studied at Brockwood Park School in England from 1975 to 1978 and later returned there as a teacher in 1990, where he engaged closely with physicist David Bohm in the exploration of dialogue.
From 1993 to 1995, Javier was a resident scholar at the Krishnamurti Foundation India headquarters in Vasanta Vihar, Chennai. Since then, he has translated several of Krishnamurti’s works into Spanish, facilitated inquiry groups, served as a trustee of the Fundación Krishnamurti Latinoamericana, and contributed to international publications dedicated to the study of the teachings. He is also a member of the Stichting Krishnamurti Nederland and collaborates regularly with Krishnamurti organizations around the world through seminars, workshops, and dialogues.
In 2016, Javier launched The Book of Yourself, a comprehensive course on Krishnamurti’s life and teachings, and is currently preparing a book based on his ongoing research. For Javier, the teachings are universal in nature and offer a profound avenue for insight, transformation, and a truly human education.
