If it is indeed a new paradigm\, what does it aim to achieve and transform in the world of education? This session will explore the deeper philosophy behind democratic education and its potential to reshape how we perceive learning\, decision-making\, and the role of students and teachers. \nSession 2: Tue\, 15th Oct 2024\, 7:30am-9:00am CEST : Organisation & Structures – Managing Systems with Democratic Tools \nHow can decisions be made\, implemented\, and conflicts resolved using democratic principles? This session will delve into practical ways to use democratic structures and tools within families\, schools\, educational institutions. These may apply to any organisation too that is wanting to transform itself to a learning organisation.  \nWe will explore how these tools foster participation\, shared responsibility\, and the development of social and emotional skills in educational environments. \nSession 3: Tue\, 22nd Oct 2024\, 7:30am-9:00am CEST : Learning – Implementing Personalized Learning with Collective Responsibility \nHow can each student create a unique learning plan while maintaining high levels of accountability and collaboration within a school or learning environment? This session will focus on practical methods to implement this approach in both private and public educational institutions\, and importantly\, how this can be done without incurring additional budgetary costs. \nSession 4: Tue\, 29th Oct 2024\, 7:30am-9:00am CEST : Relationships – Multigenerational and Multicultural Dialogue in Democratic Education \nHow do we grow through dialogue with those who think differently from us? He authored the influential book “Democratic Education – A Beginning of a Story” and founded Education Cities to transform cities into educational hubs. Recently\, he launched “The Revolution” program at Beit Berl College\, focusing on educational innovation and advising on educational topics to shape the future of education.
