He holds a Bachelor for Organizational Science (Honors) and a  Master of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam. \nAfter developing and pioneering Montessori Sports Programmes in Australia\, Jip has continued the global mission of Montessori Sports from his home in Amsterdam alongside colleagues Ruben Jongkind and Patrick Oudejans.  \nJip holds the AMI 6-12 Montessori Orientation (2018)\, AMI Administration (2023) and AMI Core Principles (2024) certificates.  \nHe is a social and disciplined man who believes that sports is a key to develop the human potential.
